I liken Kasa to a cross between a traditional hotel and a vacation rental. As Kasa’s Copywriting Lead, I collaborated with a nimble team of two to execute the company’s brand vision.
Kasa’s audience is a triptych of clients: guests, property owners, and neighbors, and each required a unique approach. I was responsible for all copy — from partnership content to property signage to in-room collateral. I took on a company language guide, brand landing pages, press releases, and more to drive the company bottom line.
